Delivery

Granted or activated immediately once the server confirms payment. We investigate delays and arrange delivery, restoration, cancellation or refunds as appropriate.

Cancellation/refunds

You may cancel before payment. Correctly granted Cores and purchased Passes, including added time, are generally non-refundable for personal reasons. Statutory rights remain unaffected. For duplicate payments, missing or incorrect grants and other operator/payment faults, we check records and arrange re-grants, corrections, cancellation or refunds.

On closure, unused paid Cores and unprovided paid Pass time, including added time, are refunded pro rata to each actual payment. Cores use the unused/granted quantity ratio; Passes use unprovided/total granted time. Free grants are excluded; fractions of yen round up, and total refunds cannot exceed the purchase payment. Methods and claim periods are announced on closure; follow the claim procedure and any statutory process.

Luna Pass

No automatic renewal or recurring charge. Starts on payment confirmation or extends an existing expiry. Calendar months use Japan Standard Time; if the same day is absent, expiry is the same time on the last day. Benefits end at expiry; purchase again to continue. No Luna Coins are granted.

Purchase conditions

Registered players only; guests cannot buy. Minors may purchase only within their legal guardian’s consent.
