Using the Service
These Terms apply to registered players and guests using Cosmic World Idle, its website and related features. Accept them before use and follow the law, these Terms and in-game rules. Specific rules take precedence where lawful; contractual changes follow the amendment process below. Minors need a legal guardian’s consent before registration or purchases. We may refuse registration for reasonable grounds such as false details, serious violations or suspected misuse. Antisocial groups and their associates may not use the Service.
Accounts
Generally, one account and one game save are allowed per registered player. Keep registration details current and protect your credentials and device. Do not allow third-party use, transfer, lend, share, sell or pledge accounts or saves. Report suspected unauthorized use promptly. Guest access can be lost when browser data is cleared or devices change; register to retain access.
In-game items and currency
We may adjust stats, rewards and other content for fairness and continued operation. You cannot demand exchange of in-game items, currency or entitlements for money or other assets unless we expressly allow it. Luna Coins are not sold or granted with Core or Pass purchases. Acquisition and usage conditions appear in-game; external sales, cash exchange and transfers are prohibited. Before any paid sale, we will review legal requirements, publish the conditions and update these Terms.
Purchases and ads
Three Core types and Luna Pass are sold to registered players; guests cannot purchase. Passes last one or three months with no automatic renewal or recurring charge. Prices, payment, delivery and refunds appear at checkout and in the Commercial Transactions Disclosure. Use an authorized payment method and contact us about payment or delivery problems.
Rewarded ads are currently unavailable. If introduced, viewing will be optional; rewards, limits, conditions and regions will be shown beforehand. Connectivity or provider decisions may prevent completion. We investigate and address faults attributable to us. Fraudulent reward claims are prohibited.
Marketplace and prohibited conduct
Use the in-game marketplace and designated currency. If misuse or a serious fault is confirmed, we may hold transactions or correct data as necessary for investigation. The following are prohibited:
- Violating laws, these Terms or public order; infringing others’ rights, interests, reputation, credit or privacy
- Unauthorized access, credential theft, excessive load or service disruption
- Unfair gains through cheats, bots, macros, automation or modified communications
- Intentionally exploiting bugs and retaining or spreading the resulting gains without reporting them
- Price manipulation, sham trades, fraud, abusive multi-account trades, evading limits, impersonation, false registration, or external trades of accounts, saves, items or currency
- Copying, analysis, modification, reverse engineering or similar acts harming safety or fairness beyond what law permits
Changes, suspension and closure
We may change content for improvements, operational, technical or legal needs, and suspend service when unavoidable for maintenance, faults, abuse protection, disasters or similar reasons. Major changes and closure are announced beforehand except in emergencies; planned suspensions beforehand where possible, and urgent suspensions afterward, through the website, game or email. Important notices may use several channels as needed. On closure, unused paid Cores and unprovided paid Pass time are refunded in proportion to each purchase’s actual payment. Calculations follow the sales conditions and procedures the closure notice. Statutory rights remain unaffected.
Restrictions and account deletion
Depending on a violation’s nature and impact, we may warn users, correct data, restrict features, suspend access or cancel registration. Serious misuse, urgent security needs or preventing further harm may require temporary action without prior notice. You may request review of factual errors. You can request account deletion through the stated process; data and balances to be lost are shown before confirmation. Records needed for law, fraud investigations or disputes may be retained afterward.
Intellectual property and personal information
Copyrights, trademarks and other rights belong to us or their lawful owners. Personal use is permitted under these Terms; usage rights cannot be transferred. Separate guidelines will cover streaming, fan works and similar uses. Personal information, retention and deletion follow the Privacy Policy.
Responsibility
We work reasonably to provide stable service and address faults and security issues, but do not guarantee perfect operation on every device, uninterrupted service or permanent retention. We are not liable for losses beyond our responsibility, including devices, connectivity, credentials or external services. Liability for our breach of contract or tort follows law; intentional misconduct or gross negligence is not excluded or limited. Users are responsible for their actions and results and, under law, losses caused by intentional or negligent violations.
Amendments and other terms
We may amend these Terms for users’ general benefit or when the need and content are reasonable and consistent with their purpose. Content and effective dates are announced beforehand, with individual consent where required by law. Contractual rights or duties may not be transferred without consent. Business succession is notified under law and the Privacy Policy. If a clause is invalid, the others remain effective and law governs the invalid part. Japanese law applies. Disputes unresolved by good-faith discussion go first to a Japanese court with lawful jurisdiction.
